Weezer, la banda estadounidense formada en Los Ángeles en 1992, anunció ayer el lanzamiento de “King of the World”, single presentación de su nuevo disco que verá la luz  el próximo 1 de abril. La banda americana anunció también tour americano, por lo que crucemos los dedos para que la gira continue por Europa y tenga parada en nuestro país.

«Este álbum fue inspirado por mis experiencias merodeando por el Westside de Los Ángeles, que ha sido nuestro hogar desde que comenzó Weezer. Salir con la gente en Venecia y Santa Mónica, la playa, los Hare Krishna, patines con la guitarra, chicas en un radio de 4 millas, ver otras bandas, etc. Me encanta California.»

«Nuestro nuevo álbum saldrá el 01 de abril (esto no es una broma), y vamos de gira este verano (también esto no es una broma).»
